MICROBLADING TRAINING

The Microblading course is the foundation of and introduction to semi-permanent eyebrows. In this course, you will learn all the technical aspects of creating microblading hairstrokes with the utmost precision, using a manual hand tool. Our goal is to prepare students to create quality work and our step by step certification process ensures that students are confident to accept clients once they have become Lovella certified.

DIFFERENT TECHNIQUES

MANUAL VS MACHINE

Eyebrow tattooing can be done manually, by machine, or a combination of both. The 2 most popular techniques are Powder/Shading/Ombre eyebrows and Hairstroke eyebrows. Both techniques can be performed manually or with a digital machine, however the end results will differ slightly. When choosing between manual or machine methods, you will consider various factors such as your client’s skin type, age and their desired outcome.

MACHINE HAIRSTROKES
& POWDER BROWS

A digital machine is used to create hair-like strokes or a powdered/shaded eyebrow effect. This technique is less invasive than manual methods, suitable for all skin types, and can to last up to two years.

LEARNING MODULES

Online Training

Once you have registered for our Microblading course, you will gain access to the Lovella Online Academy. This platformed is designed for students to begin studying the theory related aspects prior to the practical class as well as completing a printed practice workbook, giving you the strongest start. The online training can be done on a cell phone, i-Pad, laptop or computer in your own time.

Practical Training

Our practical training is presented by our highly qualified and skilled educator, Clarissa Gess, with our educational focus being on safety and technique. Classes are kept small to ensure that students receive one on one attention and guidance while working on live models.

* Please note students are required to arrange their own model on day 3 @ 9am.

After Training

After the Practical Training, you can still revisit the online theory and step-by-step guides. Our case study process is extremely detailed and broken down into steps to ensure that you gain confidence and build your skills as you continue to practice. During this time your educator will review, assist and guide you every step of the way to becoming a certified Lovella Artist.

We are extremely proud to have partnered with Clarissa Gess who will be conducting all our Microblading training courses. We understand the importance of a kind, supportive and nurturing educator – and she is just that! Clarissa will be working closely with every student during and after training to ensure that they receive all the guidance necessary to become a certified Lovella artist.

Clarissa boasts both local and international qualifications and certifications.

CERTIFICATION

After completion of your online training and practical training days, you will begin practicing and building your skills step by step. At Lovella we take certification very seriously! We want the learning and the dialogue to continue; so that we can make sure that your knowledge can be put into action and implemented into your brow sets!

You will have 120 days to complete your case studies from the date of completion of your theoretical and practical training. Failure to do so will require you to attend refresher training at an additional cost.
